Terms of use

1. What remote-build.it is

remote-build.it provides software for construction progress visibility, buyer phase decisions, finish coordination, and independent professional verification. The platform is a coordination and evidence layer — not a notary, bank, escrow agent, or land registry.

2. What we do not do

• We do not transfer property title under Albanian law.
• We do not settle purchase price or hold buyer funds.
• Reservations and sales are completed offline with qualified local counsel and notaries.

3. Roles & responsibilities

• Constructors upload accurate site evidence and advance phases in good faith.
• Buyers submit phase decisions and finish choices on time when requested.
• Professionals inspect against checklists and attest honestly.
• Suppliers keep marketplace listings accurate; install still requires constructor approval on each unit.

4. Evidence & decisions

Uploaded media, decisions, inspections, and finish selections form an audit trail for the project. Users are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit. Tampering or misleading evidence may result in account suspension and notification to the project parties.

5. Marketplace finishes

Marketplace and external finish requests are proposals until the constructor accepts them for a specific unit. Acceptance may include a surcharge. Confirmed choices lock for that phase.

6. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep credentials secure. Org verification by platform admin is required before projects can be published to the public catalog.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is for coordination. Construction defects, permit issues, and contractual disputes between buyer and constructor remain between those parties and their counsel. Platform liability is limited to direct fees paid for the software service in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
